Responsibilities
Develop new business through cold calls into new and existing accounts.

Perform account, project, and production management functions for projects obtained through business development cycle.

Generate sales streams through identifying client requirements and applying individual client product requirements across multiple market sectors.

Accomplishments
Developed a Customer Relationship Management database application to consolidate 5 years of client contact information and provide reports to management on sales activities.

Defined the sales plan definition, integrated all clients into the defined sales plan and managed their progress through the stages from cold call to engagement.

Managed relationships for a diverse client base in excess of 300 clients, from small family-owned businesses to large corporates including Australia Post, Southeast Water, Shell and Tennis Australia.
